Admission Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Client") and EuroAfrique Corporate Skills ("EuroAfrique") for corporate training courses. By completing the admission form and making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking and Admission
- Course Registration: To secure a place in a training course, the Client must complete the online admission form and submit it through the EuroAfrique website.
- Payment: Full payment of the course fee is required to confirm a booking. Payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice.
- Confirmation: Upon successful payment, EuroAfrique will issue a confirmation email detailing the course name, dates, location, and other relevant information. This email serves as proof of a confirmed booking.
2. Course Fees and Inclusions
- Fees: The course fee covers tuition, training materials, and certification. It does not include travel, accommodation, meals, or visa costs unless explicitly stated in the course description.
- Taxes: All course fees are subject to applicable taxes, which will be itemised on the invoice.
- Currency: All prices are quoted in the currency specified on the course page and invoice.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation by the Client
- • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date will receive a 100% transfer or refund.
- • Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the course start date will receive a 75% transfer or refund.
- • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the course start date will receive a 50% transfer or refund.
- • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to EuroAfrique's administration email training@euroafriquecorporateskills.com.
3.2 Cancellation by EuroAfrique
- • EuroAfrique reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrolments.
- • In the event of a cancellation by EuroAfrique, registered Clients will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future course of equivalent value.
3.3 Substitutions
A registered Client may nominate a substitute to attend the course in their place at no extra charge, provided EuroAfrique is notified in writing at least 7 days before the course start date.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Travel and Visas: The Client is solely responsible for arranging and funding their travel, accommodation, and any necessary visas for the training country. EuroAfrique can provide a letter of support for visa applications upon request, but does not guarantee visa approval.
- Attendance: The Client is expected to attend all sessions. No refunds will be provided for partial attendance.
- Code of Conduct: Clients must adhere to a professional code of conduct throughout the course. Disruptive or unprofessional behaviour may result in expulsion from the course without a refund.
5. Insurance
- Personal Insurance: The Client is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own comprehensive travel and health insurance for the entire duration of their stay in the training country.
- Liability: EuroAfrique shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death incurred by the Client during the course or their stay in the training country. This includes, but is not limited to, losses arising from theft, accidents, medical emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Recommendation: EuroAfrique strongly recommends that Clients purchase adequate insurance to cover medical expenses, personal liability, and other potential risks.
6. Intellectual Property
All training materials, presentations, and content provided by EuroAfrique are the exclusive intellectual property of EuroAfrique Corporate Skills. The Client is prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using these materials for any purpose other than personal study without prior written consent from EuroAfrique.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
